The following are notes about caring about yourself, healing and recovery, caring about others, and civility. I had a chance to see a visit from PR PSN and use the warm line in Long Beach, CA, and to use the warm line and do Spanish bible study from PR PSN in Culver City Santa Monica area, CA, and to receive two whopping hours of helpfulness and compassion and understanding on Mondays in Norwalk, CA, from PR PSN and since I am no longer on Facebook posting relentlessly every day, and since I share all almost all of the things I love on this here blog, where it says I've done that since 2010, then. Here. The awesomeness of a Project Return, from notes I've taken when they've cheered me up, and cheered me on.

Project Return
Peer Support Network

As Peers, people with
similar shared lived
experience, we practice
the following set of
operational values in all
of our interactions.

Hope.
We hold the belief
that things can get
better. We never give
up and we educate
people that no matter
how bad things seem,
if you take one step
at a time, things will
change for the better.

Empowerment.
We enhance personal
growth and inner strength
while motivating, inspiring
and guiding ourselves
and peers into action.
We encourage others
to reach their full potential
by allowing them to find
their internal stregths.

Recovery.
We believe that individuals
who have suffered from
mental health challenges
can go on to lead successful
fulfilling lives.

We see individuals grow
when they seek out
information and utilize
the resources offered.
Individuals regain their
sense of self by taking
control of the things
which previously seemed
beyond their control.

Mutuality
Regardless of our job
title, we are all equal
and thus treat each other
with dignity and respect.
We respect the validity
of every individual's
experiences, thoughts,
opinions, and feelings,
even if they are different
than our own.

Integrity.
We practice honesty
at all times- personally
and professionally. We
operate using moral
judgement, character
and leadership values
and do things in a
fashion of respect
and professionalism.

The reading of the following
ground rules will help
create safety within
this shared space:

What is said here stays
here
Avoid crosstalk
Stay openminded
Create a safe environment
Use respectful language
Turn off cellphones/
put on vibrate
Respect cultural beliefs
Participation is a choice
Being mindful of all
members
Acknowledge new members

I would go, as with Envy.Nu and Virtue.Nu, that I was thankful, that I had free services.

It is a time of war, and one supposing if it helped the government and military, sending information might not be as harmful, if seemingly invasive, as one would think, to participate in the social network comodified complex.

So I prayed about it, and I am probably going to be on Facebook or Twitter from time to time, although I do not use my Instagram, because I do not have a cellie phone for pictures, or any number of camera equipments to handle...all of this.

Thank you Twitter and Facebook, for your free services. Everybody's talking, but I'll give you something good to talk about, so please don't censor me because I'm just a brown eyed girl.

How much does Facebook suck for forcing people to get updates without them asking, for selling information without us asking? They can do anything to their website on their website, but when that shit follows us home, it causes headaches and heartbreaks. I do not want my information sold. I do not want to be told my material suddenly belongs to other persons or other parties. I don't like being told I can't have features everybody on the internet not in America on the same website has that Americans can't, just because Americans can't make more money off of other Americans.

Why was my first Twitter account suspended when I didn't break any rules?

Why am I suspended as a third day user with my new account when I broke no rules?

Yeah, it's free. Yeah I get that.

But I didn't come from Napster using and ICQ using to be told I am dumb, because I don't have the fastest computer, and because people don't understand that the internet is about equity for nativists because we have proper manners, don't want to exploit others, don't want to be exploited ourselves, and just have magical, wonderful thoughts that we want to share with magical, wonderful thinkers. So bully for you, Corporate America. Have a heart, and have a soul, when it comes to the internet, because America is trying to fight a war against many fronts, officially and unofficially, and it would only serve you to be given what you deserve, if you can think beyond your own mean, meaner, meanest impulses.

I might be female, I might, upon tanning, be brown, but why be a hater when I've only been a lover? Uniformity of classiness, and uprightness, and yes, righteousness is something that happens when you know the rules, you've come to help, you've come to build, and rebuild, and share, and respect and understanding comes when you don't make the buck your bottom line, and you don't bully and rape.

I am really always very grateful to Holy Mother and Holy Father.

Really what has been taken, can be recovered with God.

Let you get this straight, please. I enter the country, the United States, legally, as an 8 year old with a tourist visa. I am told by a trusted source twenty five years later that my swearing in ceremony as a United States citizen was the day I set off, fresh off the jet plane, on LAX, Los Angeles International Airport, Tom Bradley terminal, when I arrive.

And then! My mom helps newer family members get a house, and then even newer family members get another house.

And then! I cannot leave to "get back" to the Philippines, Cebu to be precise.

And then! I grow up in Southern California all my life.

I *am* home, *you* go home.

And then. To "go with the flow" I tell you, Cebuanos of Filipinos are the hardest working, the Bisaya. I go, get myself a college diploma, get myself registered as a Pharmacy Technician, pass my CA Boards exam, pass my US Boards, get myself a work authorization card, *twice* after I already got a federal issue and valid Social Security Card.

Every time I get a job, I pay taxes.

Every Bisaya (each family) has someone be the breadwinner, and sends that money back to the Philippines. While not just surviving, but thriving, where ever they left their doctor's degree, to become a higher paid nurse.

I tell you! I am the living, breathing, American Dream.

And that's what that means to me.

I do not hate you, I forgive you. That conservator, Irma Panosian, who works for the Department of Mental Health, a civil servant, was told by Meadowbrook, also in Los Angeles, that I would get my valid, legal passport, my valid, legal Social Security Card, my valid, legal California ID, my valid legal TWO work authorization cards. Alls is alls, she was fired or something?

And Homes For Life declares me a "Disabled" "permanently" when I thought the alloted amount agreed on would be my basis for stay here, also in Los Angeles.

*NOW* what do I do?

I am the living, breathing, children trucking, walking, American Dream!
