ALL of above dosages are nonpsychoactive.
Edibles, as notes, are "psychoactive."
CBD cannabiodiol: the pain killer element.

Chronic Pain
Depression
May, with the clue that it is not the drug for you, which may be rare: or: these are side effects, go figure. Drowsiness, Dry mouth, Hunger, Insomnia, Red eyes, Respiratory issues (maybe you were using other drugs), Anxiety, Short-Term Memory Loss (maybe you have other issues, or were using other drugs, or both).

Other side effects may include, if it is not for you, or if you mix it with other drugs, which may then make cannabis not effecacious in its optimal capacity, "which can [then] include mood swings" (so does Pre Menstrual Syndrome) "nausea" (but it also helps nausea go away) "appetite and sleep disturbances" (but it also helps stimulate the appetite; but it also helps steady and normalise sleep patterns).
Boil seeds in milk for coughs.
My recipe (C) (copyright): (open sourcing:) (not yet tried, to make, illegally or legally, but toootally my idea:) use as a salve for burns when mixed with aloe vera.
THC tetrahydrocannabinol an identified healing element.
Anandamide: element identified for healing pain, for healing appetite suppression, for healing fertility.
Queen Victoria uses cannabis as medicine: Menstrual Cramps.
Early 1900's in Europe and the United States:
Analgesic
Antipyretic
Antidiuretic
Antianoretic
Antiemetic
Anticonvulsive
By the 1940's in the United States, addressing that the cannabis as marijuana was a Mexican American "home" type industry, criminalized, and labeled as having no value.
Again, 28 states have bipassed Congress and legalized marijuana. 29 with the citystate Washington, D.C.
