I am actually suspicious of this [personal profile] 001abe whom I don't know, who deleted, but took his dreamwidth-name off my list of people who subscribe to me, yet retained my dreamwidth such that when I check My Circle that journalperson is still there. Hrm.

Letter to the Judge: Thank you so much for this opportunity to allow me to speak through this letter and by appearing in court this May 2019. I’d like to address Administrator Premie’s accusations against me through her physician’s declaration:

1. Yes I agree I have a mental disorder with Major Depressive Disorder, but I do not have racing thoughts which are disorganized. I have never had manic episodes. I am a rape survivor. I do not lack insight into my symptoms.

2. I cannot provide for basic needs. I do not have money. I had major Traumatic Brain Injury. I do not know how to drive a car, or lease an apartment.

3. I am capable and willing to accept voluntary treatment always, just as I chose DMH over my cousin Iona Villanueva as my conservator/s.

4. I have the capacity of knowingly and intelligently accepting prescribed medication.

5. I have the capacity to complete an affidavit of voter registration, but I cannot also because I’m only on a 2 year provisional greencard.

6. They say my license shouldn’t be revoked, but I don’t know how to drive.

7. I am not interested in purchasing firearms.

I called 30 board and cares to find this Beverly Residential Facility, but many times staff are abusive, because many times they have cussed out residents, Dong the cook beat up my friend Marcus, I was beat up 8 times by Doreen, they steal clothes and cigarettes from many residents, there are no fire drills once a month, . . .

Thank you, Katrina Villanueva, 37, completer of Telecare La Casa Long Beach program, Meadowbrook Manor Culver City Program and Norwalk Homes for Life Program.

As a founding member who was the first secretary, in 1999, then not allowed to join the fb-group, in 2017, I am so angered, saddened, and embarrassed. That's as wrong as not sending those ticket sales from the Queen Mary event to the widows and children of 911-killed firefighters.

This organization has not appeared on the IRS Business Master File in a number of months. It may have merged with another organization or ceased operations.

This organization's exempt status was automatically revoked by the IRS for failure to file a Form 990, 990-EZ, 990-N, or 990-PF for 3 consecutive years. Further investigation and due diligence are warranted.

This organization is not registered with the IRS.

That's as wrong as shunting off and destroying the carefully created rules, such as voting for officers in less than every five years.

That's as wrong as not buying books to send to Region 7, Philippines, as promised.

The mission statement should still exist. The mission statement would be that the City of Opon on the Island of Mactan has emigres to the fifty United States who participate in service missions to help lift up the Philippines, especially the Visayas, through education, mentorship, volunteering, donations for scholarships, from Overseas Filipino Workers in the United States, from American citizens who are Filipino American, from American born citizens who are spouses of Filipino Americans, from American born American citizens who are Filipino Americans, and from Friends who would like to participate in Christian (mainly Roman Catholic) settings, through a social club which works as a fraternity or soriority to encourage all Americans to learn about Philippine culture.

We should be as circumspect as all those Christian business fraternities in Metro Manila. We should be as lovely as our Boholano, courteous brothers and sisters, and the legitimate friendship clubs they have invited us to. We should be representing Opon, Mactan, Cebu, Philippines with humility unto God and with, again, a circumspect civic pride of where Filipino and American values meet.

Instead, this.

How sad and wrong, to keep what the founding members created, with the "K" in Amerika, and to throw away all our hard work along with civility and responsibility.

How horrible! This is only my response, but it is a valid response.

I got the privilege and honor of attending a fireside last night, a talk by one Brother Neils Ludlow, with Sister Ludlow! Them two have traveled all over the United States and Canada, on behalf of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and basically he shared about his experiences, whether in flood, or hurricane, or tornado!

Basically, if God loves you, you get to live. That's what I got, with tremendous fear, about looking at all those pictures. We are in earthquake country in California, and basically, and I have also lived in earthquake country in the Philippines, if God loves you, you get to live. But being prepared as you can be certainly helps!

These are my notes:

WHERE TO GO, WHAT TO TAKE: EMERGENCY PLAN
72 HOUR KIT, THINGS YOU NEED FOR THREE DAYS
FOOD/WATER FOR A MONTH
PORTABLE SHELTER, INCLUDING SLEEPING BAG
SHUT OFF POWER, GAS, AND WATER
KEEP CAR GAS TANK MORE THAN HALFWAY FULL
NEED GENERATOR, ESPECIALLY FOR FRIDGE
PLAN FOR YOUR PETS
MEDICINES FOR A MONTH
BE PREPARED TO LIVE WITHOUT ELECTRICITY
A GRILL ETC TO BARBECUE FOOD IS GOOD
CASH ONLY, AND BRING YOUR ID!

It was very frightening, very elucidating, and then, only calming, because I feel and believe Mormons have helping hands, and I totally thought about my ham radio technician training, my pharmacy technician training, my Red Cross training, and the Holy Spirit tells me to tell you, in the event of an emergency, stay calm, be aware, and it only helps to be able to check this list for an emergency plan today!

A lady me and my roommate invited to bible study cussed me out for thirty minutes using the N word profusely, and saying lots of things about me being mixed raced; she's beaten me up five times, but since I'm a pacifist I'm practicing pushing aggressors gently away.

On the other hand, I've given out seven used bibles and seven new books of mormon to fourteen different people, and a different other ten people had tried out bible study. I hope the nicer NJ will come to bible study with me and LAM...

:focusing on breathe, and not giving up:

Also, thank you for reading my blog. Please consider reading scriptures every day!
