Security clearances and pardons are two very different things. The White House under President Trump and the current persons in Senate and House as well as the Supreme Court have never been more transparent. It is up to the constituents to participate in civil democracy; the news media business should be held to a higher standard, and frankly ask and answer better questions, calling opinions opinions, and broadcasting points as quotes thoughtfully, and not out of context.
