Since Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton were the once who "fixed" ("hacked" "disrupted") the primaries, etc.- It is Donald Trump's administration who took on the investigation. Which is independent and it has been officially disclosed that the American government had no collusion, and that no votes were changed. The Russian government had no official involvement with the 3 to 7 Russian nationals currently under investigation by the American government.
