I was so excited to see the speakers, which included the new mayor.
There were light refreshments that were delicious.
Unfortunately I could not commit to a six month volunteering service, but I did receive a certificate from Cal Vet that I may be able to use if I should come upon another library with a veteran resource center besides the new one of Norwalk. Yay, Norwalk!
I made ten paracord bracelets for ten servicemen or women. God bless America.
