I was born in Cebu, Philippines, Region 7.
As a registered Pharmacy Technician, who did get my diploma certificate for Radio Technician, I am an adept first responder who did successfully take two American Red Cross classes.
I *do* know that if you can, get to higher ground. Region 7, like the rest of the Philippine Republic, is earthquake country.
Aftershocks can sometimes last years.
