What matters most is our families.
Oct. 24th, 2017 12:18 pmYes, I've been into journalism since...oh gosh. The third grade. I do try to do blog entries all the time just to...write out thoughts and share them with the world. This one I am talking about...the plight of my birth country. The history books may have got it all wrong, is what I am saying. It says there that Tita Cory (God bless her, too, R.I.P.) had an entirely bloodless revolution, but the way I remember it it was was a military coup that took years. In Mandaue, in the time of the one bridge, there were tanks and guns. People from both sides, red and yellow, identified with the appropriate color shirts, could both do evil with an Uzi or a Kalishnikov. Running around in packs, also, were good AND evil people who were neither Red or Yellow believers. I'm just saying. This is our history, and it is important to me. Living, breathing, changing history.
