Not to offend, but rational minds might think: if these 5 to 12 Russian nationals who have officially been found to not been Russia as a government hadn't kept Hillary Clinton who stole the CA Primary by hacking Bernie Sanders' votes and saying she instead won, should we be then be thanking these 5 to 12 Russian nationals who kept her from switching Donald Trump's honest landslide into supposedly her win? Because, good ethos of internet might not be surprised that no votes were changed, and maybe if they hadn't kept her from doing that, we would be in so much trouble right about now.

Taming the Tiger Within: Meditations on Transforming Difficult Emotions by Thich Nhat Hanh, review.

I really liked reading this briskly, for the most part.

I really, in earnest, am not making fun of the author, or his Buddhism; I have enjoyed his poetry one poem at a time for many a year.

Might it be that his fear of women might reflect the greater misogyny that might be spoken of in Asian culture?

I really appreciate the Buddhist energy of this book, which really felt like I read, and properly absorbed, good thought by... soberness, and reflection, in as if five minutes.

I would recommend this book.
