Dec. 7th, 2016 04:29 pmI am so gratified to have taught at UFC and Boogie Zone Utopia Hype Studios for Capoeira, and to have started Dahn Yoga classes a couple of times.
Now, in my mental institution, where I am definitely not homeless, I teach Tai Chi In Ten! which is Tai Chi spun off doing World Tai Chi Day this past April 30th whereupon twenty two people started and fourteen people stayed and it was around thirty minutes but now my classes are ten minutes long, but it's ultra professional and people even get credit for it as a class- holy cow, I am a pretty lucky and blessed girl.
