well, dreams change.
Dec. 2nd, 2016 04:01 pmI just really had this very very good idea when it was Hillary versus Donald that I would find a new promised land in the State of Israel working for the army as a translator and food preparer, and convert to Judaism, but God changes us and changes our dreams for us all the time.
Recently God has told me that I am to stay put in my beautiful and blessed California, that I'm needed here, that I can be a peer networker, and a peer specialist, and a peer advocate, and that is that.
I have really scoured all the religions of men to find that Christianity is where I belong the most, although I followed intellectually and spiritually Judaica to find the roots of all Christian movements, in His name, for God's sake and for goodness' sake alone as well.
But being Protestant means being literate in the Holy Spirit and I am so grateful that I am still here.
Reading the Bible every day is really where my heart dwells. I had four Bibles here and I gave them all away, and I also gave away my Book of Mormon.
One of the pastors I knew gave me another Bible, so I am so very lucky that I can have the word of God, the bread of life, every day at my table in a very free way.
Thank you, God.
