The idea in rape culture is not to foster strength in women with relatively high IQs, and strong business contacts, to get strong, together, but never together. The idea is not to worship a figure as a mother of earth according to the ideas of a strong, manipulative man. The idea is to get well, to get a sense of the world, and your body, to get out quick, to learn a lot of things that you didn't know beforehand through painstaking research, which means thirty minutes on a search engine of your choice, on line. The idea is to care about the younger set, ten years younger than you, even if all your children are over the age of twenty-one. The idea is to learn, gently, not insistently, about cultural norms among Asians, in Asia, and in the Americas, and to learn that yoga comes from India, and that anger is not the key to eternal salvation. And then, reference: in these scariest of days, perhaps apocalyptic literature will not save you, writing or reading it, the Holy Bible or a horror story. Maybe thinking about Peace, and Christ, and working your way to a working relationship with ABBA, father, and not a man who can fail you, or will use what you know against yourself, is the key to these End of Times. God is real. God is good. All the time. God is for you.
To run away from a place that makes you stronger means your shadow is still half made of light. To say that you can overcome darkness that you label Evil, is to forget swimming in your mother's womb.
The Glory is Christ, the glory belongs to God the Father. May healing be a way, a path, even if to liberate the mind and body unto Christ is the hardest task that you think you can never bear.
Fruition comes by slow degrees. A rich wo/man cannot pass through the eye of a needle, and the camel is wiser for it.

I think lise was the best femslash I'd ever read. Following her comic blog on LJ, her RPF/RPS blog also on LJ, and her blog on Diaryland, even though I didn't pass litmus test, makes me very happy that I happily murder the English language (whether U.K., or American) and. It's not that she is my role model for writing, I just happily assume the little baby goldfish position of enjoying her work at those times like with Alestar, Nia, Cim and her happy RPS/HP crew, Wax in the old days, making me at the tail end butt of *Pop-fandom/s, stuff like that.
It makes me happy. :) yay.
