"Over 1000 people gathered from all over the east coast in Ellenville, NY, to learn about the power of Brain Education at #ShinMyung Festival. I was so touched that they braved the snow and cold weather to come share this time and space with me.
The core message I want to share through Brain Education is to love yourself. What do you think is the thing we love with? Most people think loving yourself is done with the heart, but it’s through your brain and consciousness that you can love yourself and others.
Love yourself. Love myself. Take back your brain! I hope I can see each one of you one day through an event like this one. I’ll be at the same event happening again in LA on Sunday, March 3.
